These are all the rage. The earring post is an oval CZ that can be worn alone or with the included backing that has an attached CZ rectangle that peaks from behind and under the ear. The oval and emerald/rectangle cut is 5 mm. You can wear them with anything. From top to bottom it measures 1”.
